· Code and develop computer programs and gain understanding of the whole application.
· Should also maintain applications systems documentation and project documentation.
· Participate in study, analysis and design of applications.
· Develop adequate understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis Techniques, and should apply them.
· Interact with relevant Project Managers at supervisory level and resolve day to day issues with minimal guidance from the supervisor.
· Actively participate in various SSS forums and meetings.
· Develop and harness good communication skill and maintain good relation with peers.
· Keep abreast of latest developments in the profession.
Skills Required:
· Experienced with reporting or data presentation software, such as SharePoint Performance Point Services, Microsoft Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Power Pivot and Power View.
· Experienced with SQL Server 2005/2008 Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Analytical cubes and MDX.
· Experienced with designing and implementing Data Warehouse, Data Marts and ETL process.
· Experienced with SQL 2005/2008 Management Studio, and Business Intelligence Development Studio.
· Demonstrated problem solving skills
· Demonstrated analysis and business requirement gathering skills
· Above average interpersonal and communication skills to deal with diverse groups of people
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Detail-orientated
· Ability to work independently
· Planning and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects to meet target deadlines
· Knowledge of and experience in technical writing standards and business communication standards (or willingness to learn these standards)
· Experience with SQL Server 2012, Master Data Service and Data Quality service will be a plus point
