-Actively take part in all training sessions to develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices and partner universities, courses and study options abroad at various International Universities.
-Make weekly/ monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate line manager and update visit plans on weekly basis.
-Develop marketing plans and region specific promotional activities for the foreign universities and managing promotional events on regular basis which includes presentations at local schools and universities, visa and pre-departure seminars.
-Coordinate and provide timely updates to the management and support the senior management in all activities relating to image building and promotion of the company business.
-Follow up with perspective customers (students) on their inquiries regarding admissions, enrollment and assistance in visa filing.
-Contacting prospective students through telephone or through face-to-face meetings and negotiating all terms.
-Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the various universities and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
-Supervise the student relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
-New lead generation, meeting targets, actively pursuing leads, reaching out to potential and existing students.
-Provide appropriate counseling and support services to prospective applicants on suitable courses and study options.
