Responsible for planning and managing overall Restaurants marketing activities.
Promoting restaurant brand image through development of effective marketing strategies
Assist in managing monitoring the effectiveness and maintaining the brands website and tapping on social media (E.g., Facebook page, broachers and other marketing collaterals) to reach out customers
Identify advertising opportunities and negotiate promotional tie-ups with third parties (E.g. Banks landlord’s sponsorship etc.
Managing the production and effective distribution of marketing materials
Work closely with operation team and outlets to execute promotional activities
Maintain build and update VIP membership database
Apposes good knowledge of social media marketing
Coordinate with marketing agency in promoting company marketing activities
Responsible for food menu, poster graphic design
Responsible for monthly advertise/promotion artwork
Run and manage individual short term projects
Prepare proposals for marketing programs for the brands.
Write press releases for special events/promotions and disseminate to the media to generate publicity
Perform analyses of marketing data to serve as an input to new/existing marketing programs
Plan and execute events.
Skill requirement: basic photography, adobe Photoshop, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Generate monthly food/drink best seller report form POS report and use this record to further enhance the marketing strategy
Should be Fluent in Understanding writing and Reading English.
Presentation Skills.
Confident and should have the ability to Conduct Meetings.
Others: Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
