Job Description:

PLEASE READ FIRST:

  1. This is NOT an entry level job.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience is mandatory for this job.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  2. Responsible of all administrative issues within the company premises.
  3. Ensure security of office, staff, and physical assets of the organization.
  4. Should have experience of handling Accounts related tasks and supporting all external administrative work.
  5. Maintain office records.
  6. Reporting to the Senior Management about all admin and accounts related activities.
  7. Ensuring proper maintenance of all company assets.
  8. Perform other general duties and clerical tasks as required.
