Before Field - Arranging right profile of supervisors & interviewers & sharing team profile with CS before interviewers training
- Making of field plan
- Supervisor & interviewers training
- Mock interviews (2 in office) & field accompaniment (2 in field)
During Field - Execution of all fieldwork in the region on time at economical cost with adherence of the laid down quality standards.
- Quota achievement & daily tally sheets review & feedback
- Ensuring that field methodology is followed
- Ensuring stimulus material is used
- Submission of daily project update & project checklist
After Field - Supervisor & interviewer evaluation
- Project checklist & client evaluation
- Billing & payment process
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Liaison with admin & accounts dept. for timely settlements of related matters
- Maintaining congenial atmosphere in the office ensuring team spirit and company loyalty.
- Safeguarding company interests in all areas of activity.
- Proper liaison with other departments, persons through effective communication.
- Ensuring briefing arrangements & evaluation of venue
