- Employee records maintenance
- Updating companys HR information
- Documentation, Sending and receiving emails/phone calls related to HR
- Coordinating and negotiating with employees
- Job postings when required and call shortlisted candidates
- Conducting interviews, arranges interviews
- Preparing Emails of Offer to selected candidates
- Conducting orientation program to new employees
- Conducting exit interviews
- Attending employees complaints; providing guidance if necessary
- Providing feedback to the HR manager to enhance a better and cordial working environment
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper files of all employees and performance appraisal form
