Toolmart Inc. is a leading California based retailer & distributor of brand name American, German and Japanese industrial tools and accessories since 1986 through multiple B2B and eCommerce web sites, Amazon & eBay stores. Toolmart owns 8 registered tool brands in United States and holds offices in China as well.
We have a great opportunity in our Accounts department to work and manage company’s US based online accounts from our Karachi office. This position represents a career defining opportunity to lead accounts management of multiple large and growing eCommerce and B2B websites and intra-company divisions.
Person should have the ability to take up challenges with dedication, very well versed with computers and internet usage and fluent in verbal English as lot of telephonic conversion will be required with US staff and vendors. Everything will be done online with almost no paper work.
Experience in data import and online US bank dealing will be considered as additional qualification.
Tasks
Including but not limited to Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, Stock Control, Claims Management, Financial Statement Analysis, Computational Finance, Merchant Card Processing, Petty Cash Management, Sales Audit, Financial Modeling, Analysis & Valuation, Invoice Discounting, Voucher Management, Revenue Recognition, Working Capital Management, Bank Reconciliations, Online Payments and Deposit Reconciliations etc.
Active Practice Areas
- Ability to summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
