Technical Functions:

· TOT Officer will responsible to design the project related trainings strategies and methodologies

· TOT Officer will responsible to prepare the training need assessments and beneficiaries identification facilitation with project staff and Monitoring staff

· TOT Officer will responsible to develop the identified trainings manuals and modules regarding Nutrition/DRR & Hygiene promotion to be deliver to beneficiaries in the field

· TOT Officer will responsible to organize trainings regarding Nutrition/DRR & Hygiene promotion for selected beneficiaries in the field or through linked institutes as per project requirements

· TOT Officer will responsible to develop the project success stories and link the beneficiaries with markets for livelihood opportunities

· Hygiene promotion activities planning, designing and need assessment as per the project proposal requirement and indicators

· Development of hygiene promotion Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials and manuals in local languages (Urdu/Pashto) for project staff and community members

· Designing and Development of CLTS/PATS project strategy, tools and activities in project target areas based on participatory tools of PHAST, CHAST and C-t-C

· Participates in hygiene promotion/PATS activities implementation in schools and communities as per the project mandates and indicators

· Conducting trainings sessions with project staff members and community members (female)

· Reporting project activities with quarterly/monthly reporting and case studies/stories

· Participation in cluster/Stakeholders coordination meetings at district and provincial level

· Supervising project hygiene promotion team in implementation of hygiene promotion activities

TOT Officer will responsible for project trainings reports along with other requirements of the projects as per needs and instruction of Project Coordinator/Area or Deputy area coordinator.

Skills

- Good communication skills is required.
