This is an executive level position. The prospect will be reporting to the Manager Management Information System. The individual will be responsible for the following; - Making Clients reports
- Creating and analyzing Penetration reports
- Making Revenue Reports
- Composing Billing Report
- Making Bonus Reports.
- Agent Schedule Adherence Reports
- Coordination with Managers for Data Changes/Updates
- Making Agents Promotions/Demotions reports
- Agent Ranking Reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS The Applicant must: - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree
- High proficiency MS Office especially in Excel.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Must have at least 6 months job experience.
- Should be able to work flexible Hours.
