JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Achieve Sales targets as assigned by the manager/senior.
  2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  3. Services existing accounts/clients, obtains orders, and establishes new relations by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  4. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  5. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  6. Coordinate with the team members, Administration, Logistics & technical staff through msgs, email, calls for any correspondence.
  7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, monthly sessions with seniors, participating in societies conferences.
  9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and provide them services with the best solutions as needed.
  10. Coordinate with the Senior/team lead to achieve the sales target(Individually/team based)
  11. maintainance of Complete office.
  12. Managing Staff for different operation.
  13. Record keeping of Acounts and Stock.
  14. Daily corespondance with Head office regarding daily operations.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Must follow the company policies as par his designation and Job nature.

2. Have excellent communication skills. Candidate with good written and spoken English, skill would be appreciated.

3. Satisfy customer with timely information and support.

4. Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients.

5. Regularly visit to different Clients and promote company image.

6. Capability to do work under pressure.

7. Keep himself always neat and clean and presentable, up to the mark. Always should be in a formal corporate dressing.

8. Should have own transport.
