Job Responsibilities
· Responsible to provide TradeKey’s services to assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction & retention
· Responsible to search buyers through online channels including Search Engines, B2B Portals and Social Media. Conduct market analysis and expand business globally through research & innovation
· Assist in provision of TradeKey’s services to potential clients handling technical specification, through online communication via chat, calls, emails and video conferences
· Coordinate internally with other departments for resolution of issues related to customer and services being offered including SEO, SEM & E-mail Marketing
Job Specifications
· Graduates, preferably Masters in marketing
· 6 to 12 months experience in relevant industry preferred
· Good in English communication (written / spoken)
· Knowledge of e-commerce industry
