Minimum Bachelor from any HEC recognized university in any discipline. Candidates awaiting final result are not eligible to apply.
All eligible candidates will undergo initial screening followed by shortlisting of candidates for panel interview.
The selected candidates will be appointed as Tellers in Junior Officers Grade at monthly gross salary of Rs. 15,000/- with six (6) months probation period. During this period an extensive 3 months on-the-job and class room training will be provided to the batch entailing all major areas of cash function.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, final assessment will be conducted and those who are successful will be confirmed in the Bank and awarded a flat increment of Rs. 3,000/-.
Finally selected candidates will be required to execute a 3 years Minimum Service Agreement. While these tellers will be hired for Karachi Region, however, the Bank will reserve its right to transfer these officers to any of the branches within or outside Karachi.
