We are also have the facility of manufacturing auto Transformers’, Zig Zag transformer , Furnace Transformers (open) pad mounted Transformers ,Air cooled Transformers and any type of special Transformers according to customer requirement .
Our main customer are Wapda , KESC Azad Kashmir electricity department and private sector.(Housing sector & industrial sector) We have a team of over 250 highly skilled workers headed by competent engineers
At Current We are looking for General Manager with following responsibilites.

  1. To run the factory in accordance with the guide lines provided by the higher authorities.

  2. To organize the departments, concerned sections and work for their improvement with management.

  3. To maintain the production equipment i.e. machines in working condition and use their proper capacity in a best way.

  4. To guide/ supervised and motivate the sub staff.

  5. To organize the production in such way that more production in minimum time and wastage and rejection should be decreased.

  6. Implementation of ISO standards in the factory 17025, 18001, 14001. 9001, OH & SAS effectively and provide necessary resources.

  7. To attend/participate the meeting of management review.

  8. To receive / collect the documents from other departments and to make this sure that all the documents are readable and available when required.

  9. To help the marketing dept. or higher authority when ever required.

  10. To review and approved the purchase demand/ purchase orders for raw material.

  11. To control the production, quality to make sure that the finish product delivered with in time to customer.

  12. Only those products/ material should go to production stage which is approved as per inspection / quality plan.

  13. To make this sure that the finish goods meet the standards of the customer

  14. To insure the vendor/ supplier assessment with quality control / purchase department

  15. To insure that employees/workers are fully trained and make a schedule for their training accordingly

  16. To give recommendations against the staff hiring/dismiss referred to him/her by admin department.

  17. To recommend the annual increments/ loan /advances / over times and other matters relating to staff

  18. To attend meetings with departments managers/ in charges on daily bases and insure the implementation of decisions

  19. To conduct internal quality control audit according to schedules given by compliance departments

  20. To engaged with the relevant departments and to check their daily activates to improve productivity

  21. To insure the availability of production materials and maintain low level stock with store in charge

  22. To insure better handling, packing and storage of material/ products during production

  23. To insure policy matters/ rules and regulations of factory and make betterments

  24. To make policies/ step for employee welfare under the supervision of higher management so that their loyalty intact with the company

  25. To insure that the irrelevant / unproductive cost should reduce

  26. To maintain team work and healthy competition between the subordinate staff

  27. To manage and control subordinate staff in a way that I case of absence of any staff member work shouldn’t disturb

  28. To review and sign the documents/ reports received from the subordinate departments and send copy to higher authority for consideration

  29. to resolve the queries/ complaints of the customers and resolve them immediately.
