  • Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
  • Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
  • Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
  • Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
  • Maintain Daily Call Log.
  • Update the capping as per the GDS share.
