- Use data mining methods on SATMAP to develop innovative approaches to call- stream optimization
- Develop neural networks, decision trees, rule based methods, genetic algorithms and other methods
- Iteratively develop, test and revise client specific statistical models and integrate them into SATMAP
- Analyze large quantities of diagnostic and client data to conclusively identify causes of anomalous and incongruous model results
