Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Enhance the efficiency of department by planning, implementing and monitoring modernized practices including welfare, SOPs, asset management and HSE in line with demanding corporate culture.
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization and evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
Responsible to look after the Quality and social audits.
