Job Description:

To Manage Overall Staff of the factory

Maintaining Employee Records, progress & their performance

Daily Summarize Reporting of factory affairs such as Absenteeism, overtime etc.

Implementation of companies rules & regulations

Training of staff

Maintaining Hygiene , Healthy Environment & Safety Measures at the plant.

To Deal and Manage all related govt. dept e.g EOBI, SESSI etc.
 
Skills Required:
 
Must Adopt latest techniques for staff handling.

Must Be Task Oriented

Be a good MOVER and visit plant daily on regular intervals

Keep good eye on the plant affairs

Manage Security & Safety at Plant

Effective & Timely Reporting to Head Office via Emails
