Job Description:
  • Create linkages with TVET institutes, private sector employers, trade bodies, overseas recruitment agencies, Government & NGOs,and local relevant authorities, opinion leaders to ensure effective execution of the project

  • Design and implement the project visibility plan

  • Develop effective communication strategies in support of project objectives

  • Proactively hunt target organizations and establish communications to meet project objectives

  • Organize seminars, conferences, job fairs and ceremonies

  • Develop the TORs for selection of NGOs/CBOs for community mobilization process

  • Develop linkages and effective networking with private sector employers, Micro Finance Institutes and local & overseas recruitment agencies for the employment of successful trainees

  • Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and public relations skills

  • Must be a team player with initiative and demonstrated ability to work in a challenging work environment.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with people at various levels within the organization and outside

  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web browsing and email
