Job Description:

TUSDEC has established NIDA, a cluster of five state-of-the-art CAD/CAM Centres located in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Sialkot. The core objective of NIDA is to provide multidisciplinary training in CAD/CAM and change the current industrial environment from analogue to digital.NIDA also aim to Train the Trainers, thereby imparting professional CAD/CAMcourses to theseasoned human resource of multiple industries. We are looking for a dynamic individual to run the operations of NIDA Centres established all over Pakistan.

Job Objective:

Responsible for carrying out all the activities includes administrative,
financial, marketing, training and curriculum development of the Lahore
Centre.

Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run the operations specializing CAD/CAM based design related training, engineering solutions & consultancy services providing institute
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing strategy linked with NIDA�s overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement new training & development initiatives for the industrial work force to catch up with the required levels.
  • Plan, design, disseminate and review the curriculum for various training programs as and when required.
  • Create alliances with public and private sector technical training agencies, educational institutes, Trade Associations & Chambers and industry for relevant training & development initiatives.
  • Review sales & activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

  • Strong business acumen and management Skills

  • Technical Competency in the relevant area i.e. CAD/CAM
  • Strong work ethics
  • Good command on Technical / Engineering softwares
