Design research methodologies, devise & evaluate methods and procedures to collect data Supervise the baseline assessment activities Analyze data mainly to identify the current labor market trends and existing TVET institutes of the regions - Identify gaps regarding TVET provision and quality of trainings available in the market
- Plan, organize, and supervise the work of research team
- Implement best practices and establish high standards across the department
