  • Develop, manage, and monitor business relationships with Telecom Carriers / Route Suppliers.
  • Continuously seek new / Creative opportunities to provide Nymgo with an edge against competitors in key destination markets.
  • Manage day to day route links quality and manage SLA’s in close coordination with Technical team.
  • Search and Find optimal direct routes form Telecom carrier around the world
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to targeted destinations.
  • Reports to VP Sales, provide regular input on all activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Manage company price list as well as profitability/quality indicators on all routes in close collaboration with VP Sales.

Skills

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in VOIP Carrier Relations.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing or related field preferred
Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
Go Getter / Say Do character
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge in Marketing and Project management
Commercial understanding of B2C digital business model.
Knowledge on VoIP switches is an asset.
Previous exposure to Asia, Africa, Middle East and LATAM markets.
