Job Purpose
- Producers of the multi-award winning animated TV Series Burka Avenger, Unicorn Black is a 360 degree multi-media production and tech company that develops and produces amazing original content for all forms of media.
- Development and implementation of the Marketing / Brand Strategy for the company’s products and services. This role is responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to engaging with partner companies, developing briefs and creative campaigns to create and promote brand awareness locally and internationally.
- Develops and produces an on-time delivery of communication strategies in a consistent manner in line with the defined brand image.
- Candidates with prior relevant experience working for a major local/international brand will be preferred.
Tasks:
- Define and devise marketing strategy for the brand.
- Maintain an understanding of corporate and product marketing messages.
- Plan Brand growth in alignment with the brand strategy.
- Creating brand pull through effective ATL / BTL plans.
- Ongoing Merchandising activities
- Define KPI’s
- Identify new areas of business growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement new ideas for promotions and campaigns.
- Work with local and international partners including vendors, print and electronic media agencies, distributors and other stakeholder
Skills:
- Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement marketing strategies
- Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics.
