Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive assists in defining the long-term organizational strategic goals of the company, in building key relationships with other organizations, identifies business opportunities and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions particularly the development sector in Pakistan as well as the international market with respect to animation and TV. To achieve this, they need to research and identify potential new client and develop sales pitches.
Job Description
- Research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging their own and the organization’s network.
- Research and coordinate with potential business partners.
- Develop business proposals, sale pitches and presentations for potential clients.
- Prepare Business Development and Distribution Plan for the company.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company.
- Develop contracts.
- Negotiate business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Manage ongoing business communication including via email, conduct client visits and regularly follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Experience in business development particularly in NGO sector or liaising with international clients is a plus
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Good presentation skills (preparing and delivering)
- Proposal writing
- Liaise with 3rd parties on a regular basis
- Negotiation skills
- Quick Learner
- Well versed in MS Office applications
- Team player
- Result-orientated and self-starter
