We are an IT E-commerce company looking to hire candidates for the position of CSR agent for our International project mainly covering UK market , as a CSR agent you will be responsible for the following :
- Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
- Answers inquiries regarding sales.
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Amazon/E-bay store management.
- Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
- Must Be Committed regarding the work.
- Must have excellent communication skill in English with neutral accent.
- The candidate should be able to work under high pressure work-environment, and must have Can-do attitude.
- The candidate should be able to work as a team member
- FEMALE candidates are encouraged to apply.
- We are hiring for both shifts including day shift ( 10:00 am to 07:00 pm) and night shift (Timings from 10:00 pm to 07:00 am)
