|
Marketing Executive Position Summary The role of Service Management Consultant in Mobilization is to provide service management and consultation service to mobile network operators on mobile value-added-services (VAS) with primary objective of improving revenue performance. The main responsibilities of this position are involving of analyses/decipher service related information/statistics, devising marketing concepts and execution plans for approval, execution of marketing plan and monitoring of marketing campaign to ensure objectives are achieved. Therefore, strong analytical skill and marketing creativity are highly required for this position. In addition, Service Management Consultant is also expected to play a significant role in new service conceptualization and development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Principal Responsibilities - To report directly to Marketing Manager.
- To work closely with the account management team to explore new business opportunity within the current business networks.
- To conceptualize new service concept or participate in brain storming sessions for such purpose, and develop high level service descriptions/use cases for approval of senior management.
- To analyze, formulate and execute effective revenue enhancement marketing concepts and execution plans for approval.
- To executive approved plans and monitor the resulting performances on regular basis.
- To report timely report on effectiveness of service management plans (including marketing plans) and making proposal for necessary changes to ensure performance of the VAS is in line with the expectation.
- To work closely with service delivery team to ensure identified features are developed according to business requirements.
- To provide feedback to respective product management team for the development and enhancement of product roadmap of the existing product/VAS to remain competitive amongst competitors.
- To constantly develop new campaigns for VAS with the primary objective of driving sales, through various strategies to be identified.

Minimum Qualifications
1) Diploma / Degree in advertising, business, communication or a similar field.
2) 2-3 years experience in mobile value-added service, premium SMS marketing, or web-based service.
Some experience in copywriting will be added advantage.

2) Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skill.
