Job Summary Responsible for handling the portfolio of Chief/Universal Teller in addition to supervision of tellers. Offering tellers consistent coaching to ensure delivery of quality service and adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities - Support Customer Service Manager with the day to day administration of branch operations.
- Allocate daily cash till amounts to each teller.
- Process customer transactions from the teller window.
- Lead all control and compliance initiatives of the bank and those of the state bank in form on the bank�s self auditing program. Attain cross sell and liabilities targets.
