· Responsible to look after Management Representative activities to keep smooth flow of QMS i.e. Management Review Meeting (MRM), Internal Quality Audit (IQA), Quality Awareness and other related Trainings. · To monitor / supervise Business Process Engineering activities which ensure more effective work flow, more efficient and more capable of adaptive to an ever changing business environment and facilitate to accomplish a specific organization goal. · To represent the Company or interact with external authorities, Principals / Customers and suppliers. · Establish mechanism to generate/review Customer Feedback. Encourage CPARs initiation. · To organize & conduct Management Review Meeting and Minutes preparation. Finalize and schedule action Plans, monitoring & follow up for the completion of action Plans. · To promote HSSE culture in the organization with the close coordination of dept. heads. · To keep smooth flow of HSSE activities, monthly meeting, incident / accident reporting etc. · To monitor / implement HSSE checklist and arrange installation of HSSE related equipment.
