| Job Description: |
|
- Learn all USEFP programs and rules and regulations relating to them.
- Assist in application process for all USEFP programs as required.
- Respond to general inquiries about Fulbright and other USEFP programs.
- Represent USEFP programs to the public in Pakistan.
- Acquire and update knowledge about the Standardized Tests like SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT and TOEFL etc. and respond to inquiries about these tests.
- Provide information to students desiring to enroll in preparatory classes arranged by USEFP.
- Prepare the announcement with description, info about fee and schedule of these classes and post it on USEFP website.
- Register students for preparatory classes, make security badges and maintain the attendance sheet.
- Assist in preparation of class handouts for students.
- File and maintain all the relevant records about the classes.
- Schedule the diagnostic tests for students in consultation with testing department.
- Complete in-house training about the standard tests.
- Conduct SAT and GRE Test Orientations at colleges and universities after completing in-house training.
- Help arrange seminars and conferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
