| Job Description: |
|
- Respond to email and phone requests to provide information and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Compose, edit, design and produce publications such as newsletters and correspondence.
- Assist with the website content, and update.
- Confirming registrations and checking in test takers;
- Administering the computer based, paper based and internet based exams;
- Trouble shooting any problems during testing sessions;
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operation and processes;
- Reporting to the regional office, as appropriate and adhering to all test center guidelines with regard to technical test matters;
- Adhering to all USEFP Personnel policies and guidelines;
- Providing general USEFP support and duties as assigned by the Manager Testing Operations, Executive Director, or a designee.
Required Skills:- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and strong report writing skills.
- This position requires a demonstrated level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects.
- Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations, as required.
- Interpersonal skills and should have experience of working in an office environment with diverse personalities.
