Job Description:
  • Respond to email and phone requests to provide information and resolve any concerns or issues.
  • Compose, edit, design and produce publications such as newsletters and correspondence.
  • Assist with the website content, and update.
  • Confirming registrations and checking in test takers;
  • Administering the computer based, paper based and internet based exams;
  • Trouble shooting any problems during testing sessions;
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operation and processes;
  • Reporting to the regional office, as appropriate and adhering to all test center guidelines with regard to technical test matters;
  • Adhering to all USEFP Personnel policies and guidelines;
  • Providing general USEFP support and duties as assigned by the Manager Testing Operations, Executive Director, or a designee.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and strong report writing skills.
  • This position requires a demonstrated level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects.
  • Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations, as required.
  • Interpersonal skills and should have experience of working in an office environment with diverse personalities.
