Develop a system for telemarketing operations which covers sales, after sales service, complaint resolution, recording feedback & telephone surveys.
Database
Develop a customer database which includes painters, retailers, dealers and contractors.
Complete database by recording names, addresses, contact numbers and purchase patterns.
Sales Support
Refer any orders to sales dept.
Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Maintain one-to-one interaction with customers with regards to new products and initiatives taken by UB.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements/promotions.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
Refer any quality complaints received from customers to relevant department.
Research & Feedback
Participate in telephonic surveys and recording feedback from customers.
