The Manager Admin would perform the following functions:
a. Checking daily sales report.
b. Maintaining sales report data.
c. Processing of refunds of BSP.
d. Ensuring vouchers are timely posted.
e. Preparation of JV with proper support.
f. Responsible for Comprehensive Accounts and Finance operation for the company.
g. Preparation and finalization of financial statements; comprising balance sheets, profit & loss accounts and cash flow statement.
h. To review company requirements for short and long-term funds and to develop appropriate financial plans to ensure timely availability of funds at competitive cost
i. To ensure development and implementation of effective budgeting & cost control systems and procedures.
j. Maintenance of Creditors Ledger.
k. Correspondence with the Tax Department, Banks and Suppliers and Venders of different products and services.
l. Preparation of Tax Assessment working/details.
m. Follow up of all expenses and its monitoring.
n. Preparation of Periodic Financial Statements to the Management.
o. Supervising and monitoring external auditing.
p. Supervising/Follow up of daily collection against sales.
q. Preparation of Cash Budgeting.
r. Supervising and supporting junior staff in the preparation of Accounts and cash flow i.e. Accruals, Provisions etc. that need to be incorporated into accounts.
s. Performing activities in the absence of any of the team members.
t. Any other task assigned by the management.Job Details
