| Job Description: |
|
- Must be punctual, honest, duteous, and an effective member of the team
- Show willingness to handles all aspects of the child care routine.
- Stay patience and loving, with methodical problem solving skills while caring children.
- Able to interact and engage children with productive care & activities in homelike environment
- Plan and implement ECD activities for children till 10 years
- Instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
- Observe and monitor children's play activities according to the daycare schedule.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games, outdoor trips etc
- Assist & monitor in preparation of formulas/ food for children and serving of meals and refreshments to children
- Assist & Monitor the Sterilization of the bottles , kitchen utensils and in maintenance of the hygienic indoor / outdoor environment
- Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.
- Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
- Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas.
- Provide counseling to the children with behavior problems.
- Assist children with homework in case of after school care.
- Monitor the supporting staff for housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, dish washing, and changing of linens.
- Accompany children to and from school, on outings, and to medical appointments.
- Assist & monitor the children into baths or pools.
- Show enthusiastic approach for the promotion of the daycare center.
- Willing to work 6 days a week for assigned timings and on Sundays as per rotation.
- Able to interact with parents or in coming visitors in a professional and presentable manner with better language skills.
- Able to ensure smooth running of the section even in the absence of the section head
- Able to complete any job related task assigned by the principal or section head.
