Coordination with other departments of UMT,

Ensuring managing Sessional evaluation. Timely reporting of results, processing all student queries (related to admissions, exams & academic policies), etc.

Arranging materials handling events

Contact speaker and guests for seminars, conferences etc

Arrange and manage all departmental documents

Skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Knowledge of college/university level student affairs and student services principles and practices will be preferred.

Proficient in MS Office
