1. Conduct of Training Need Analysis Yearly
2. Development of Training Module, Programs and other Relevant Material for training
3. Development of Training Calendar Quarterly
4. Conduct of Trainings as per Training Calendar
5. Training Feedback Analysis and Report Writing
6. Development and updating of Training Manual
7. Measuring Post-Training Effectiveness Evaluation
8. Coordination and Processing for External Trainings
9. Processing for International conference / research journal publication
10. Processing Annual membership for professional body.
11. Knowledge Sharing Activities.
