- To assist deputy registrar in the process of student course registration
- To define and update the courses in data base
- To coordinate with the schools and departments for the follow up of registrations and other tasks
- To verify the final transcript working done by senior record officer before the issuance final transcript
- To intimate the students through letters/emails about the deficiencies found in file audit
- To assist the deputy registrar for coordinating schools, departments and support offices to make the arrangements for orientations
- To assist deputy registrar in preparing and implementing the academic calendar
- To interact with students within the frame-work of policies
- To assist the deputy registrar in preparation of different statistical reports for HEC, Punjab Government, Statistical Department
- To coordinate with Deans’ offices, COE, MIS, Batch advisors, accounts department regarding students applications
- To interact with parents and students regarding academic/personal issues
- To assist the deputy registrar in checking the admission forms and generating the students ID of affiliated ILM campuses applicants
- To monitor the activity of missing credentials submission by the students
- Any other task assigned by the Registrar
