We are looking for a LINUX System Administrator with a very sound experience in Linux servers, and application management. He/she should have a very smooth track record of experience in working with most reputed software houses. Should be able to manage large portals and integrated web applications.
Requirements
- A good understanding of IP-based networks and Internet Services.
- Excellent Linux skills.
- Should have solid Linux experienced.
- Should be familiar with the open source technologies.

- Diagnose and Troubleshoot Server and Application problems.
- Should be expert in server maintenance, and optimization
- Perform on-going Administration of Linux services
- Perform server quality health check
- Manage a LAMP infrastructure.
- Manage load balanced computing clouds
Plus Points
- Experience with Mysql configuration and tuning.
- Experience with Apache webserver configuration and optimization.
- Experience with FFMPEG, SVN/CVS.
- Experience with Mail Servers.
- Experience with Installing different application servers (PHP, RoR etc.)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services will be a plus point. |
