Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows;
- Translating marketing material from English to Chinese and vice versa.
- Facilitating communication between company and Chinese speaking stakeholders/ vendors.
- Acting as the main point of contact for Chinese speaking clients.
- Processing sales orders, payments and invoices.
- Ad Hoc project work as required.
- Resolving any customer issues in a timely manner.
Skills / Competencies Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Fluency in Chinese (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Experience in Supply Chain management will be preferred.
- 2 year’s administrative experience, ideally within a busy office environment.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel is essential.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
