Responsibilities: The main duties exhaustive
· Make outbound Sales Calls to potential clients.
· Answer all calls (incoming phone calls)
· Answer the Info Box Emails
· Place Distributor orders
· Place Direct sales order (if required)
· Respond to customer correspondence in appropriate manner
· Resolve customer issues over the telephone, including billing opportunities
· Promote sales by explaining available services
· Process Returns (RA)
· Process payments from clients
· Process Magneto orders
· Support for the direct sales representatives when they call the office
· Process marketing material for Distributors ( accrual fund)
· Open new accounts through outbound calling
· Enter Bi-Promotions into accounting system to generate codes
· Produce Customer reports from system and send invoices (when required) for the distributors
· Other ad-hoc duties as required
· Ability to convince International Customers through Outbound Calls.
· Make Sales calls which will result in maximizing sales volume.
· Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
· Providing exceptional levels of services to every customer via skype, Zoiper etc.
· Answer inquiries regarding product and services.Essential Education & Skills Required:
· MBA/BBA degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
· Excellent written and spoken English skills
· Demonstrating excellent communication skills, Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Candidate must having some extraordinary skills like Sales and marketing.
· Ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
· Strong problem-solving and reasoning ability
· Ability to multi-task and handle a diverse workload
· Ability to work and succeed as part of a team
· Candidates should be having complete command on MS office and Internet Explorer.
· Candidates have to show their past track record as consistent performer. Must be Aggressive in selling services.
· Willing to work on eastern timings.
