- Designing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures.
- Managing Organization wide recruitment and selection function.
- Implementation of the Performance management system and facilitate on annual performance appraisals and salary review exercise.
- Responsible for Human Resource training and development function.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the HRIS.
- Monitoring the Time & Attendance and Employees personal records.
- Responsible for Industrial Relations i.e. EOBI, PESSI and Labor department.
- Designing and implementing compensation and Reward system.
- Responsible for HR Employee services and Employee/Labor relations
- Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 18001 OHSAS, HACCP and SA 8000 Standards.
Skills
Knowledge of Health Safety and Environment
Internal Auditing and ISO systems
Good knowledge of industrial standards and practices.
Ability to negotiate contracts
Maintain relationship with External stake holders
