- A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling customer support calls. Candidate must be fluent in English speaking skills with an American accent.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients if necessary.
- Ability to think creatively and respond efficiently. Fast learner, dynamic and self starter.
- Ability to maintain productivity under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
