Job Description:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling customer support calls. Candidate must be fluent in English speaking skills with an American accent.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients if necessary.
  • Ability to think creatively and respond efficiently. Fast learner, dynamic and self starter.
  • Ability to maintain productivity under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Added Qualities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • This is a full time permanent position for Evening Shift (2:00pm - 11:00pm) with handsome salary package. Looking to interview and hire ASAP.
