1-Responsible for daily /monthly reconciliation and MIS reporting of all local and International Telcos. 2- Generating daily top services trend of all Telcos/Clients and extracting counts against services as per requirement. 3-Develop analytical report that shows challenges and remedies to improve the services or business. 4-Keeping an eye on daily traffic and perform transactions in case of an ambiguity. 5-Coordinate with clients and other departments over day to day MIS related matters i.e: ( Marketing/Service Management /and Development)
