Customer Service:

  • Meets or exceeds all customer service criteria in Shift Leader or Assistant Manager job description and skill set
  • Ensures all employees are properly trained and exceed customer expectations
  • Solves difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, and responds to all requests for assistance
  • Ensures store complaints are at a minimum

Operations:

  • Meets or exceeds all operation service criteria in Shift Leader or Assistant Manager job description and skill set
  • Successfully completes Manager Training program
  • Directly responsible for all day to day operations and ensures store is in compliance
  • Delegates work assignments, matches the responsibility to the person, allows individuals to complete assigned tasks, sets expectations, and monitors delegated activities
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws
  • Responsible for interviewing/auditioning, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, performance reviews, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing crew complaints, and resolving crew and customer problems
  • Follows company guidelines for all operational procedures
  • Looks for ways to improve operations and applies feedback to improve performance
  • Observes all safety and security procedures, determines appropriate action necessary beyond guidelines, reports potentially unsafe conditions, ensures that all equipment and supplies are used properly
  • Understands the business implications of day-to-day decisions, displays knowledge of profitability and market competition and aligns daily work tasks with strategic goals
  • Works within approved objectives for food costs, labor, and operating expenses; develops and implements cost saving measures, contributes to profits and revenue
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently; sets realistic goals and objectives
  • Conducts productive store meetings
  • Implements incentive programs for the crew
  • Executes all promotions successfully; educating staff and creating customer awareness
  • Monitors success of all promotions
