Should possess the following skills:
1) Knowledge of rails framework
2) Familiar with web services, and REST API's
3) Knowledge of test driven development, agile development process
and pair programming is desirable
4) Must have a strong foundation in OO programming and practices.
5) Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards.
6) Good Linux/Unix, Apache and MySQL skills
7) Comfortable working with JRuby 1.6.5
8) Familiarities with RVM
