- Minimum of four (4) years Project Management Experience (PMP Preferred)
- Good communication, business documentation and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities: - Define project tasks and resource requirements, manage project budget and manage project resource allocation
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Project evaluations and assessment of results. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis, develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project.
- Drive the strategic agenda for the product line with executive staff, Engineering, Sales, Operations and other departments
- Define product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality; develop product roadmaps; recommend product direction
- Work with development teams during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
