Job Description:

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management
  • Minimum of four (4) years Project Management Experience (PMP Preferred)
  • Good communication, business documentation and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements, manage project budget and manage project resource allocation
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis, develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project.
  • Drive the strategic agenda for the product line with executive staff, Engineering, Sales, Operations and other departments
  • Define product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality; develop product roadmaps; recommend product direction
  • Work with development teams during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
