Verscom Technologies & Services (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for Sr. Software Engineer(.NET)
Verscom Technologies Pakistan is a subsidiary of Turkish Group of Companies and doing business purely in Telecom domain. We have a strong product line covering desktop as well as mobile applications focusing the OSS/BSS area.
Qualifications:
· Preferred Bachelor's degree (BA or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in computer science/engineering.
· Professional software development experience (minimum 3 years)
· Experience in Win32 Application Development, C#, Linq, WPF, XAML, and Web Services
· Having deep experience in one of the following sectors; Telecom, Banking, Broker ship applications
· Familiar with different development methodologies (unit testing, test-driven development, agile)
· Experience of relational database modeling principles/techniques.
· Expert level in SQL, PLPGSQL
· Experience in UML is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
· As a part of the development team, role owner will be responsible of developing Win32 applications using C# & XAML & WPF
· Will be responsible of applying complex algorithms, business flows to user experience in the application
· Expert level of SQL handling & tuning abilities to perform a work which is in-line with the current database architecture and indexes.
· Work with Software architects to assist in design of the Win32 applications, identifying risks, providing effective solutions
· Responsible of taking part in software development life cycle including all aspects
· Performance tuning & optimization
· Willing to travel to the HQ in Turkey in case of the project needs
