Job Description:
Required Technical Support Engineers, who must be BS ( 4 years) preferably experience in relevant field (Customer Support and Help Desk) or fresh candidate can also apply. Must be confident and quick learner.

- Handle incoming requests from the customer and ensure the team meets SLAs(Service Level Agreement)
- Implement and maintain support tools and technology to provide solutions to customers.
- Maintain an accurate client support database
- Work as per support team processes, tools and disciplines
- Facilitate creativity
- Contribute to improvements in process, technology and organization
- Establish collaboration as the team norm.
 
Skills Required:
 
Excellent spoken and written Communication skills (English), no compromise on this.

- Able to meet deadlines under extreme pressures

- Self derived and self-motivated

- Organizational & time management skills

- Able to take initiative and work as a team

- Willingness to support several projects at one time

- Must have excellent computer troubleshooting skills and be technology savvy.
