Vertical Systems Inc. is an American based IT Service Company. We provide IT solutions to the Hospitality Industry majorly in North American Region. We are looking for Technical Support Engineers based in our Islamabad office. Who can provide Support for our products. You must have good English Speaking and writting skills along with Computer Technical Skills to apply for the job. please see below for the description:
- Handle incoming requests and calls from the customer and ensure the team meets SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
- Implement and maintain support tools and technology to provide solutions to customers.
- Maintain an accurate client support database
- Work as per support team processes, tools and disciplines
- Facilitate creativity
- Contribute to improvements in process, technology and organization
- Establish collaboration as the team norm
Skills
Excellent English Spoken and Written Communication skills, please don't apply if you don't fit this criteria.
Able to work in the in all shifts specially in the night shift.
Able to meet deadlines under extreme pressures
Self driven and self-motivated
Able to take initiative and work as a team
Must have excellent computer troubleshooting skills and be technology savvy.
Must possess the ability to easily interact with people over the phone and in person.
Must have excellent customer service skills
