This position is primarily for the graphic designer but having a web development experience will be a big PLUS.
Artistic Sensibility - Knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition, is vital for ideal candidate. Artistic ability and creativity are MUST.
Technical Skill - An ideal candidate must have the technical skills to use design software programs such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, AJAX/JQuery and CSS. Also candidate must have enough skills to create website templates using Div element and CSS.
Communication Ability - Sometimes known as visual communication, an ideal candidate must requires the ability to effectively present ideas, both verbally and visually. The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Organization - An ideal candidate needs to be organized in order to meet deadlines.
Problem Solving Ability - Choosing just the right fonts, colors and lines to create a balanced composition, while simultaneously conveying meaning, is complicated. In order to succeed in a graphic design job, you'll need to have strong problem solving skills and love a good challenge. |
