Job Description: We are looking for high caliber Team Lead/Sr. PHP Developer with the following requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience at companies of good repute.
- Deep technical knowledge and is known for being a problem solver.
- Expertise in CMSs like WordPress, Joomla and Drupal is a must.
- Has handled large complex projects and managed large teams.
- Expertise in PHP and related frameworks particularly based around MVC is a must.
- Expertise in LAMP suite is a must.
- Expertise in HTML, XHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS is a must.
- Hands-on experience of at least 2 project in Core PHP development
- Software Configuration Management, server configuration and deployment experience is a must.
- Great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and mentoring skills. Will help management hire the right candidates and build highly skilled teams. Recommended Skills:
- Ruby on Rails experience is a definite plus.
- Java, JSP, EJB, JSF experience is a definite plus.
- ASP.NET using C#, MS SQL Server and .NET MVC framework experience will be a great advantage.
